I tried to update to beta 3 (I know I am an idiot), and now I can't use my backup because the backup is with 7.1 and I need it to be 7.0.4.
Isn't there a way I can update the backup file itself so that I can put the back up from 7.1 on my phone with 7.0.4?? I thought that there was a way but I forgot how to do it.

I KNOW I AM AN IDIOT FOR DOING THIS.... But is there any way for me to get my backup without registering as an apple developer?

I think the status.plist one is wrong though, it's manifest.plist

Just look at all three .plist files, look for 7.1 and change it to 7.0.4

Does this really work? Only file I could edit from 7.1 to 7.0.4 was the status.plist

I don't know what to edit in manifest and status plist.
Info plist was easy, make 7.1 to 7.0.4

Sorry, I'm not sure which two to edit. Just open all three plist files, search for 7.1 and change it to 7.0.4

That's weird, I'm not sure how to help then

I don't even have my computer with me at the moment

That's fine, it's not urgent, just thought about downgrading to 7.0.4 and jailbreaking someday this week.

To what iOS did you downgrade? Any problems after restoring from a modified backup?

The last time I did it I downgraded to 7.0.4 from 7.1 Beta 2. No problems really, just iTunes seemed to take a little while longer to restore it.
