How to get my contacts off my iphone onto my sim

i can not figure out how to get contacts that are saved onto my iphone onto my sim card so that i can use a different phone while working so i don't brake my iphone it is soo frustrating i have been trying to figure it out for the last 2 hours!!! any help would be great thanks

I don't think that is possible, you can do it the other way using an application. such as SIMport if thats of any use?

You can't get your contacts onto an iPhone sim.

You might be able to use an online sync, depending on what other phone you are using. I use Funambol (it's free) to sync my contacts online, so I have them just in case something really catastrophic happens (mess up my phone and my computer and my backup hard drive....unlikely, but I like to be safe ).
