How to get on watchos 3 from iOS 10 dev beta?

Im on watch os 2.0.1 I believe with 9.0.2 jailbroken iPhone 6s plus

Its saying when pairing from SE/iOS 10 beta 3 that I have an update for 2.2.2

Do I go 2.2.2 -> 3, or am I missing something?

You need iOS 10 to install watchOS 3. So you can't if you're still on 9.0.2.

You need to go to your developer account and install the proper profile. If you acquired iOS10 beta 3 surreptitiously then you are own your on.
