Hey all. I'm working on a poster here which is A2 size. I've sorted out the canvas size in Pages already. But the thing is I'm not quite sure how exactly get it to export into 300dpi to PDF? I know how to export to PDF, but not how to force it to 300dpi. Can anyone help?

File -> Export -> PDF -> Image Quality -> Best

or

File -> Print -> PDF (but you get no quality options)

I think that's the only two ways, hopefully one works for you.

Export to PDF/X-1a quality, if it's available. Source images in the file must be 300ppi or higher. Lower resolution ones upsampled to 300ppi will not get any sharper.

200ppi, a little soft, is almost OK for an A2 poster, because you see it from a little further away.

How do you access PDF/X-1a? It's for a project, but the requirement is 300dpi.
