iPod How to get paused video on iPod to stay that way?

I read a post on here on how to pause video on your iPod, turn off the iPod, and when you come back to it, the video is paused in the same place. I cannot find the setting in iTunes and really want to turn this option on.
I have tried the search bar and have looked through 5pages of the iPod forum but no luck.

Not 100% sure but think you have to:

select your video in itunes
click get info
On options click 'remember playback position'

I know it does it for in itunes so should do it for the ipod...
