How to get photos into "camera roll" on new iPhone?

I have a the new iPhone 6S and i set it up as new iPhone. I have my camera roll photos from my old iPhone 5S saved on my mac in a folder. How can i get these into the camera role on my new iPhone 6S?

Like you, I have it on the my previous 6 plus before going to 6s, and it's in my mac too. So I backed up mine to itunes, and it restores the camera roll just fine.
