How to get "Pouring Rights" at my school?

I am the student body president at a small school (350 students) and I would really like to get pouring rights at our school; that is the exclusive deal of coke, pepsi, etc in exchange for monetary and non monetary compensation.

Do I have a chance since it is such a small school?
How would I go about doing this?

Yes you can do it. Contact your local Pepsi/Coke Bottler's Sales department. Just watch out for idiot parents thinking that it will make you fat. Counter with examples of blackmarket soda sales, the monetary gain, and staying awake in class.
