Anybody know how to get previously sync'd photos off an iPhone. I sync'd a bunch of photos to my iPhone, the my hard drive on my Mac completely died so the only copies of certain pictures I own are on my iPhone and I want to get them back onto my Mac (realizing they will be smaller resolution than the originals...but at least I'll have them).

I'm afraid that to do this you need access to file system, and you won't get that until the new firmware is jailbroken.
