How to get printer to work with iPhone 4S

I want to print wirelessly from my iPhone 4S to printer. (HP Officejet J4540 All-in-One). This printer is not a WiFi printer. It is connected to my PC, but I can still printer wirelessly with a laptop. Can I do this with my iPhone even though it is not a WiFi printer?
 
Pay $10 and install this program on your computer www.collobos.com and print from with any printer. I use this with my Brother Laser printer and my Epson color ink jet printer. Works great!!
