iOS how to get refresh /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.wifi.plist

Hi All,
Am new to Iphone Development. my app need to get available wifi list programmatically.
i got wifi list using
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.wifi.plist

but that list is not refreshed one .that list got refreshed only after switch on and off wifi or change network manually.but i need wifi list without exit and without using private API ....

i have google nearly 3 days but i can't get solution for refreshed list

PLZZZZZ help me to solve this problem..

That's a basically a WiFi sniffer and it's not allowed in an official app. You can do it via private APIs, and it's pretty well documented, but then your app will never be allowed in the App Store.

Nope. Again that would require a private framework.
