I am going on holiday for a few weeks. I installed blackra1n on my ipod touch 3g and dont want to risk losing battery during my trip therefore making me unable to use it due to it being tethered. I wont have access to a computer just a wall charger.

Is there any way i can get rid of blackra1n permanantly? would this involve a full restore?

thanks

as far as i'm aware, it does involve a full restore.

When I removed one of the packages from my iPod touch it wiped all of my apps. I then had to do a full restore. I have a 3G though so it's not stable yet at all by any means, but it did work for a while. But yeah I had to do a full restore after I took it off. Just make sure to backup your iPod before you do and you should be fine.
