How to get rid of pop-up when I open any of the iWork apps?

Hi everyone,


I googled and searched the forums for an answer but to no avail.

Every time I open a document with any of the iWork apps, or if I just open the apps directly to start a new document, I get that 'Welcome to...' pop-up.

How do I turn that off so it just opens up the document directly?
