it has been happening after installed adobe master collection cc.

If you don't want the icon in the menu bar, I think a Command-drag to the Desktop will get rid of it. Perhaps that will take care of the pop-up too. But, be sure that's what you want. I don't know about getting the icon back if you then decide you need it.
