How to get rid of this question when syncing iCal & MobileMe?

Hi there! When syncing iCal to MobileMe, I get the attached image every time. Is there any way to get rid of it? Why can't it remember what I want?

It'll be somewhere in MobileMe preferences - in iSync it's called "Show Data Change Alert when [more than 5%]". Just change the option box to a higher number.
