how to get SL for $9.99 (bought MBP last week)

I know I can get the Snow Leopard upgrade for $9.99 since I just bought a brand new MacBook Pro last week. How exactly do I go about doing so? Do I waltz into an Apple Store with my dated receipt and they'll give me the $9.99 deal? Or will I have to fill out some rebate form?

Dated receipt. To clarify, it's not a rebate. It's just a different pricing then other Leopard users.

it did the same thing to me on all my computers, macs and pcs, i ordered it on my iPhone and it added to the cart so i ordered it from there. according to ur sig u have one so that wont be a problem
