So I've heard there's ways of transferring music off of your ipod onto other computers with the ipod classic or nano, but not the iPod touch?

All I want to do is backup my music on another computer...

Is there any way to do it? Jailbroken or not.

If you search you will find programs such as senutil. However, this borders on piracy since nothing stops people from copying their iPod Touch libraries to their friends computers, which is definitely piracy.

Well I can assure you I own all he songs on it computer... I just don't think it's fair apple doesn't even let you back up your songs...

Of course Apple lets you backup your songs. Use an external HD, burn to CD or DVD, use a flash drive to transfer song, whatever you like.

But the iPod is not meant to be used that way. Sorry.

Use Xilisoft iPod Rip, it takes everything off your ipod and puts it on a folder in your computer
