How to get the full power out of the Nvidia 9600 in the MBP?

I have read on this forum that Apple has under clocked the Nvidia 9600 found in the new MBP.
How can someone get the normal full power out of the GPU chip? Will it void the warranty on the MBP?

Windows. The new mbp should have the 9600m gt at stock clock which is 500/800/1250
