iPhone How to get the upgrade price for updated tweaks/apps on Cydia?

I'm trying to get ProTube 2 for it's upgrade price of 99 cents instead of the regular price of $1.99. i bought the first one when i was still in iOS 5 on iPhone 4, now i have an iPhone 5 that was just jailbroken less than 24 hrs. ago. I tried signing into google on Cydia and it showed all the tweaks/apps that i bought...so how do i get the upgrade price for tweaks/apps like ProTube 2 and Intelliscreen X 6?
