How to get theme from computer to cydia

I got my Verizon phone jail broke. Now I am trying to add a custom theme that I downloaded to my computer from a thread on here. I can't figure how to get it into cydia.

You'd want to use something like iPhone Explorer to move it onto your phone.

You don't get theme into Cydia. Do you even know what Cydia is? Cydia is like a app store. If you want to put the theme into Cydia then you are sharing it or selling it. Is that what you want to do?

If you want to install the theme into your phone then use Winterboard and SSH. Google that and read some article on how to do it.

Take your .theme folder and place it into /Library/Themes

Then launch winterboard and activate the theme.
