How to get TV on a monitor?

This isn't Mac related but I couldn't find a section to post it...

Basically I have a Samsung P42H-2 monitor and would like to get TV on it. Whether this be through Sky or just 1-5 analogue channels I don't really mind- Sky would be preferred though.

The inputs on the back of the monitor are
VGA / DVI / CVBS / HDMI

There is no socket for the satellite cable to connect to however (Composite?)

Are there any adaptors available for example that would go from composite to VGA?

I would like the best quality picture possible so maybe HDMI would be the way to go?

Just my Xbox 360 through the HDMI plug. I haven't got any television on the TV right now.
