I can't find it in iTunes it gives me only option to "restore"

Nevermind... I think I figured it out. Download & install iPhone Configuration Utility. Plug you Apple TV viva micro usb and look for it to show up in utility and click the summary tab. Copy your uuid which would be under the name identifier
