How to get UISettings since it was removed from cydia by qwertyoruiop.

sorry about deleting my old video guys.

I have made a new one on how to solve this. I know a lot of ppl were messaging me asking me to put it back up.

well... qwertyoruiop has deleted the UISettings package , along with all his other packages, off of cydia. However, you can still get it....

does anyone know how?
