I have an iphone 4 with the imovie app. I made a short 3 minute videos and planned to upload it to facebook. I was gonna email it to myself but it says the file is too big. How do I get this video off my phone and onto my computer?!

I have a Mac. And I did. Or atleast I think so. Can u explain a little more. When I looked at the iTunes options when I had it plugged into iTunes I saw no options for it.

Just to be clear I am talking about the iPhone iMovie app and a movie I made on my phone with it.

Download Pixelpipe (free) from the App store. It does what you want.

Use Image Capture on your mac to download to your machine.

Videos and Photos sync back to iPhoto on a mac. Just plug in your iphone and open iPhoto and you should be able to copy them across.

iPhoto and Image Capture not working

Videos and Photos sync back to iPhoto on a mac. Just plug in your iphone and open iPhoto and you should be able to copy them across.

I've been trying to figure this out all day. When I try to pull them off with Image Capture, it pulls it off as a JPG (even though it sees it as a MOV in the list)

iPhoto says it is the wrong type of file and won't import it at all.

I am jailbroken, btw, and don't know if this has anything to do with it.

If you can't get it with Image Capture or iPhoto, you can get it via SSH. Your camera roll is stored in /private/var/mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE

Just download what you want to your computer.
