How to get virtual box windows to swipe screen

I have just installed virtual box running windows 7 on my mac but sizing is a little awkward. I'm sure I saw a youtube vid a while ago where the guy swiped the screen to change it from osx to windows (can't find the clip)
Anyone know how to set this up?

They probably had OS X and Windows running in "full screen mode", and then a simple swipe moves from one to the other.

I usually have OS X desktop, Mail, Safari, and Windows VMware all in full-screen mode" windows and simple swipes move from one environment to another.

Yeah ... just click on the "diagonal arrows" in the extreme upper-right corner of a window and it will become a full screen app. Then be sure your gestures are turned on in mouse / trackpad preferences to swipe between full screen windows.

This is a great feature, especially on a smaller 11" Macbook Air!
