How to get weather to load again?

I don't know if this had anything to do with it, but I jailbroke my phone a few days ago and after that the weather on my watch wouldn't load anymore. It keeps showing the circle when I open up the glances and it doesn't show up on my complications either. Before that, it was working fine. Any idea how to get it working again?

It seems to be a bug. I had short-term success with a reset. I've now reset again and haven't installed anything but the stock watch apps and it seems fine.

Should I restore from back up or set up as a new?

I did as new. Also, setting a default city in iPhone watch app -> Weather has helped.
