How to get "working" Video Wallpapers on your iPhone 4

As of now, vWallpaper has been updated but its been having bugs which stops the video wallpaper when you open up any app
Other state that as long as Winterboard is installed, vWallpaper won't work.

So the best way so far is to use WinterBoard.
It still has it flaws
So far i found that if you play any music/ or maybe video, the video wallpaper will stop.
