Does anyone on here know how to get World Time on either the iPhone default Home Screen or Lock Screen? (ie: multiple time zone clocks simultaneously showing) .

I know it can be done in the form of a widget via certain clock apps, but this is not what I mean.
My boss reckons he met someone on a plane the other day that had the actual default time part of his lock screen show world time (the bit you see in a large font on the standard lock screen without having to swipe).

This bit...

He reckons that it was done via an app widget. (the word "widget" was the first clue that he might be getting confused, the second clue was that he's talking about changing built in iOS operating system functionality via an app, which isn't what apps do, and iOS being closed source I doubt many people can tinker with actual built-in iOS functionality without jailbreaking, unless apple has given you an option to do so, or made a developer API available that allows it to be played with that way, so these things suggest to me that if he really did see this, the guy whose phone he saw it on was using a jailbroken iPhone). But I'm always willing to admit when I'm wrong, especially if being wrong means I discover something useful.

So my question to all you iPhone experts out there is, can what he's saying actually be done? (and if so, which setting/app/widget/etc is it done through?)

Many thanks in advance.
