If you bought a BTO Macbook Pro online, you might have noticed that you could not get overnight shipping, only a 2-3 day expedited shipping option.

I purchased mine with 2-3 day shipping and called Apple today and they upgraded my shipping for free. Will this actually make it get here any faster? Probably not, but at least you will know that you have the fastest possible shipping option. Just wanted to give a heads up.

Ohhhhhh I was wondering about this, thanks! I've got to have it sent to the United States and then sent on to me in Japan (in order to get the American model) so every day counts.

Huh? Some AppleStores in Japan already have the American model in their stores! I heard from my friends who already seen them... I'll get conformation later!! Maybe some photos too!

How'd you convince them to give you a free upgrade? I want one! I wanted to select next day, but the only option was 2-3 day for some reason?
