General How to gift a Cydia app/tweak

How do you buy someone else an app or tweak if you know their Cydia Account number? Also is it possible if you've already bought the tweak yourself?

PS (giving them your google/facebook account details isn't an option)

I dont think cydia has gift a package option like itunes.
Give them the $3 or $5 in cash and say here. Go purchase that app on cydia from me

I heard a rum or at one time about Jay was going to start a gift card option. I wish they would it would help reduce piracy. What about a visa or MasterCard gift card. I know here in the US They can be bought in pretty low amounts. Really would be nice if there was a gift option.
