I'm trying to find a setup in which I can record gameplay footage from my composite video cable capture card, though I might get and HD Component BlackMagic Intensity Pro Capture card, or I might record my screen with a capture software. What I'm looking to do is to be able to record either capture card or screen footage for either a live commentary, post recording commentary/editing, or live streaming with commentary to Adobe Flash Media Encoder then Justin.TV. The problem I often run into is that I can't find a software that can both capture video and audio from two sources(gameplay audio and sound from mic). Is there a software than can capture from two audio sources at once and video from either screen or capture card? Additionally, if it can capture those things, can it export them to iMove(or Final Cut Pro if I ever get it) with the long decommission load? If not, are there multiple softwares capable of this that can work in conjunction?

My setup: Late 2009 Standard Macbook running OSX
