I am planning on selling my MBP.. However, I am new to switching computers. I a little fuzzy on the backup process.. I don't really have anything super important on my mac.. the photos, music, movies, and files are the easy part for me. But what about my programs like Word, and Powerpoint?
Can I use a portable HDD to back the files up? (I'm buying one anyway to hold all my movies.) Thanks
