At some point (it's been a while) whenw I updated iBooks it became extremely slow and it still is after a few more updates. So I would like to go back to the original version. How?

If your on a Mac and have time machine enabled, just go far enough back to bring back the version that you want.

If your not on a Mac or don't have time machine enabled, then your SOL.

Man... Why is it so slow anyway and how can they make such a blunder for one of their greatest app? Can somebody upload the original iBooks available for download?

This won't work because each app has DRM and when purchased and downloaded its assigned to that users account, so unless you are that user or are authorized by that user, the app won't work on your device.
