How to have Siri always have an audio cue when activated?

I just installed 14.1 on my iPhone 11. When I activate Siri with “Hey Siri” the new smaller Siri avatar shows up but does not beep. Sometime randomly she says “uh ugh?”

i would like Siri to always beep when she is activated. I don’t want to have to look at the phone to see if she is activated or not.

Vibration is not on.
