How to hear phone conversation over bluetooth connected speaker??

Hello.

I have an external amplified speaker, which is connected to my Iphone over a Logitech Bluetooth Adapter.
This allows me to listen to any audio coming from my Iphone, over the external speaker.....
except for the sound of a phone conversation.


Question:
is there a way to have a phone conversation using the internal Iphone microphone and an external Bluetooth connected speaker, so that the incoming audio is routed to the speaker while the mic is in the Iphone?

The speaker does not have a microphone to use during a phone conversation.

In a few hours I will be in a room with a bunch of people, and will have a phone conversation. I want to have everyone in the room to listen in on this conversation. The Iphone built in speaker is a bit to small to handle this task.

Any ideas?

The Bluetooth device, whether it's a speaker or an adapter, has to be able to handle phone calls. There are many available. You need one of those.
