How to hide an app in App Library?

Is it possible to make an app NOT showing up in the App Library?

or is it possible to manually assign which ‘folder’ an app stays in in App Library?
 
App Library is a collection of all apps separated by the categories those apps belong to (defined by the developer). To remove something from App Library would basically mean to uninstall the app.
