How to hide the photo stream album on photo row?

I have searched some documents and tried to remove the read permission of photo stream's folder (/var/mobile/Media/PhotoStreamData/). But it seems not work. Could any brother teach me how to hide this album on Photo Row during the photo stream is enabled? Cheers
