Hello, i have all these extra icons in my macintosh HD folder, called core, and other things. How can i hide those again?

You can put a period "." in front of the names, but I really wouldn't mess with those folders. Those are generally there for fairly important reasons. Why does it matter what folders are in your root?

I think that i put i a hack about 3 weeks ago so i could see them, just for fun, but i would like them to be hidden again. I always drag things to the apps folder and i don't want to accidentally drop it in another folder.
 
You can use an app like TinkerTool to rehide your hidden files and folders. Very handy program with lots of little tweaks.
