How to I share my Movies to another user through Front Row?

I have a load of Films in my Movies folder, and I want my girlfriend to be able to watch these using Front Row in her area. Is it possible through Shared Movies somehow?

I believe they are shared through iTunes. Load your movies into your iTunes library and they should show up on her Frontrow. Perhaps test one this way first.
