How to image Bootcamp in Lion?

OK, so I just upgraded my A1211 MacBook Pro to a new 500GB Seagate hybrid HDD, but I still need to figure out a way to image the bootcamp partition on the old drive (hooked up externally in a case) so I can move its contents onto the Mac...apparently Winclone is incompatible with Lion...

...any thoughts?
