How to import all my email settings

I used Carbon Copy Cloner to make a copy of my Snow Leopard hard drive. I just installed two SSD's in my MBP with Lion is the OS. In my mail, I have three email accounts that I would like to import. How do I import the mail settings and all of my mail from one system to another? I am currently putting my home folder on the other SSD (I have a admin account thats on the OS SSD incase I have any trouble).
