how to import an excel file using Navicat MySQL GUI?

HI,

I'm impressed by Navicat MySQL GUI (http://www.navicat.com/download.html).

It claimed it has a powerful import/export feature, however, i can't import an excel file into my MySQL database.

Any ideas?
