I have an iPad2 (7.04) and trying to figure out how to upload movies to it. I downloaded the app iFunBox on my mac but I can't figure out how to do it and which directory to upload to.

Any idea?

iFunbox is Drag & Drop. Different video player apps store their content in different places. If you are trying to get them into the default player, then I recommend using iTunes to import them on your computer, then do a sync.

I was under the impression I can't use iTunes to sync since my phone is Jailbroken. I thought it would end up erasing cydia and all the tweaks if I use iTunes. Am I wrong?

Yes, you are wrong. iTunes works exactly the same for stock and jailbroken devices. You can back up and sync your device as you wish for content - ringtones, music, movies, photos, contacts, books, etc.

However, if you use iTunes to restore the firmware on your device, your jailbreak will be gone.
