Both my iPhone 5 and Galaxy Note 2 have always tethered at the same speed. I guess this makes sense because they are both 802.11n.
However, my tether connection speed with my iPhone 6 plus is the same as with iPhone 5 and Galaxy Note 2. I expected it to be faster.
And, the connection is still 802.11n, not 802.11ac.
Any suggestions?
I'm especially interested in hearing from people who actually have tethered their laptops via their phones.
