A big disappointment of the 2021 16” is that it’s max custom resolution is LESS than that of the Old 16” and the 15”.

Here are the numbers:
Old 16": 4096x2560
Old 15” 3840x2400
New 16”: 3456x2234

How do I get these crazy high numbers?
Well, these apps SwitchResX (www.madrau.com) and EasyRes (www.easyresapp.com) allow you to get more screen real estate than standard settings, you can see it on their website.

Currently, the Old 16” gives us 15% screen real estate than the New 16” (see the numbers above) and I want to fix that.

Is there anybody who can run some magic and increase the scaling factor of the New 16”?

I’m not sure what you mean by this? The new 16” has a scaling option “looks like 2056x1329” which renders at 4112x2658, which is a 16:10 4112x2570 area underneath the notch.

So how can I get the desired 4112x2658 or 4112x2570 under the notch? These print screen shows that so far I am only getting 3456x2234...

I don't have a new MBP yet, but what options does it give you in Display Settings if you hold Option while clicking on the "Scale" radio button. That's how you can view more available resolutions in Monterey on my screens.
