How to Install DarwinPorts

Hi there,
I want to install DarwinPorts.
I followed the instruction on the website, and based on what it told me to do, I should have had this installed!
But, when I want to actually install a library, it first says navigate to the directory.
but the problem is that, using
cd /opt/local/bin/portslocation
is not found! there is no "portslocation"
Whats wrong?
