macOS how to install fortran compiler?

hello
i am new to mac,and i want to do a fortran project on my mac laptop,but i don't have any idea how should i install a fortran compiler, i heard there is a compiler named g95,i really appreciate if anybody could give me an step by step guide that what should i download for compiling my fortran program and how should i install it.
i have an ibook g4.
