I happend to download a small game from internet, with the extension of "toast". I double click it, it mouts. and I try to double click the intaller,
but I was told to insert the CD and install from CD.

I guess one way would be to burn it on the CD. but I don't like to do that.

does it have a workaround.

cheer.

.toast files are supposed to automatically open toast, not mount. Right click then use disk mounter to mount on desktop.
There's really no need to burn the cd to install.
More info please.

Just go ahead and make the CD, they are only like 10 cents each.

****Its MOUNTED not mouted.****

Control-click (right-click) and select open with Toast. In Toast, click Mount.

Interesting that you would run into a free game that requires toast to mount it, I've only seen .dmg images. Of course pirated software is another story altogether, I've seen plenty of that which requires toast. Not throwing any stones though. ;) :D Have fun playing your game!

The problem is how to make the CD. If I only burn it by making a Burn Folder, it doesn't work. Can you explain in a detailed way how to burn it? (by toast, by disc utility...)
