Now I know some of you who have the Select and Preimer membership may not have a mac that is capable of burning DVD's, but you still want leopard on your system to develop new software. Here's how to do it:
1. Backup your Mac OS X partition, or save all the files you want to keep. Now you need an external hard drive to do this.
2. Be sure to copy or move the leopard dmg file onto the external hard drive or external medium.
3. Restart into install os x off of the DVD/CD's that came with your system and make 2 partitions. For mine I did one partitoin of 32GB and the other of 7GB (40 GB HDD mind you.)
4. Install OS X
5. Use Disk utility to restore the image onto the 7GB HDD you made
6. After the restore operation, rename the volume to Mac OS X Install DVD and choose System Preferences, and reboot into leopar 10.5 install.
7. Install.
8. Enjoy
