i looked everywhere to see can i get a os x on a flash drive i cant im not looing at using the diskutility or anything like that i dont have a mac i have a PC and i just want to double boot mac on my windows machine can anyone help

What you want to create is called "Hacintosh", thus the following links apply.
Just note that it will be ridiculously slow.
I tried this once on my iMac and it worked but I wouldn't ever use it that way. Far better to install it as a VM on your internal HDD or at least use a USB HDD.

ok i got it on my netbook but i got 2 problems i have no internet and it wont put my flash drive on the desktop and it shows on disk ultility
This is not a topic for Windows on Mac, And is better asked on one of the more Hackintoh related forums. MR is not particularly Hackintosh friendly.
