How to install Mac OS X 10.5 on my PC?

Hi, guys, i have already installed Windows XP OS on my computer at home. Recently i also want to install Mac OS X 10.5. I've tried installed the os from CD/DVD ROM, but it failed and the screen is frozen. My CPU is AMD Athlon ii x2 250 and someone told me that i can install the Mac OS X 10.5 from a mirror file. Then how can i install the OS step by step? Any help?:mad:
